At Storeware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in the country where your goods are supplied.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period under the consumer protection laws in your country.

For customers in the Republic of Ireland and other EU member states, this generally means you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain products are excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including custom-made or personalised products.


Our 30-Day Returns Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Storeware offers a 30-day returns guarantee.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all parts, accessories and instructions.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

You may inspect products as you would in a retail shop. However, products that have been assembled, installed, modified, damaged through excessive handling or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us before returning any goods.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.


Business Customers

Statutory consumer cancellation rights apply only to consumer purchases.

Business customers are covered by our 30-day returns guarantee and any applicable warranty rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and any damaged packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve your claim quickly.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, Storeware will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, repair, exchange, collection or a refund.


Returning Heavy or Bulky Products

Many of our products, including shelving systems and material handling equipment, are large or heavy and may require pallet or specialist courier delivery.

Where you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

If required, we can assist in arranging collection. Any agreed collection costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend checking product dimensions, specifications and suitability carefully before placing your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Personalised products
  • Assembled or installed shelving systems
  • Used or damaged products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the required product.


Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, Storeware reserves the right to make a deduction from any refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods where permitted by law.
