Refund & Returns Policy
At Storeware, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all components, accessories and parts
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that products that have been assembled, installed, modified or used cannot be returned.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue or damaged packaging
- A brief description of the problem
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by arranging replacement parts, an exchange, or another suitable solution.
Shelving & Heavy Item Returns
As many of our products are large, heavy or bulky, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Where possible, we can assist in arranging courier collection.
We recommend checking dimensions, specifications and suitability before ordering to ensure the correct product is selected.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Assembled or installed shelving units
- Used items
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products returned without original packaging
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
